COUNTRY MANAGER SCANDINAVIA Return

Your mission:
You have profit & loss responsibility for this country.
As such you have to set the specific strategy for Scandinavia.
You lead and manage the sales and account management efforts
in line with sales policy of Mobileway (SLAs, pricing, margin
policy, positioning; relations with partners and competitors).
You have to make sure that the appropriate contracts with
operators (connections with service features as required
by the Mobileway business) are established and implemented.
You produce regularly business plan encompassing revenue
projections and in line with the roadmaps produced by the
Business Groups. You manage the coordination with Finance
and Operations to ensure proper customer follow-up during
the sales and post-sales cycle.

Sweden
Your career profile:
Graduated in engineering and MBA, you acquired minimum 8
years experience in a similar job and in an international
telecommunications environment. You have a good experience
in strategic management, customer acquisition and portfolio
management in Scandinavia, preferably in telecommunications
and dot.com environment.
Dynamic and rigorous, hands-on, large autonomy, Self-motivated
and enjoy working within a changing and dynamic organisation.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
in English are required.
