professionals well known in the industry for their expertise
and innovation. The management team includes seasoned
technology pioneers and experts in messaging and networking.
Merging their collective talent, passion, and vision, the
team engineered the Mobileway Global Network - an architecture
poised to revolutionize the way business is done over the
wireless Internet.
Patrice Peyret, CEO
Patrice Peyret is a repeat enterpreneur. Patrice came
to Mobileway from Sun Microsystems, where he served as head
of Java engineering in the Consumer & Embedded division.
Prior to this, Patrice was founder and CEO of Integrity
Arts, a software start-up acquired by Sun in 1997.
He has also held senior management positions at Gemplus,
the world's largest smart card vendor, and Thomson Consumer
Electronics (now Thomson Multimedia) Laboratories.
Patrice earned his Ph.D from Ecole Centrale in Lyon, France.
He is on the Board and Advisory Board of several Silicon
Valley companies.
Bob Pike, EVP Global Marketing & Businnes Development
Bob Pike joined Mobileway from Microsoft's Mobility and
Collaboration Group, where he was director of International
Product Development. Pike was one of the key people
responsible for the Microsoft entry into Wireless enablement;
achieved via joint developments and partnership with BT
and AT&T in 1998. Pike is a 24-year veteran of the
IT industry and was the European founder of VXtreme, which
was sold to Microsoft in 1997. Previous to this, Pike
was the director of Telecoms and Media Sales with Informix,
as well as Hitachi and in 1990 became Vice President of
Citibank European Cash Management, working to create the
right liquidity and payment transaction environments for
the Global clients such as Intel, Dow, Motorola, etc.
Marc Vaillant, COO
Marc Vaillant joined Mobileway from California-based iCelerate,
a provider of Wireless, ERP and CRM Solutions and Services,
where he served as Marketing and Commercial Director and
was instrumental in forming an alliance with one of the
large wireless carriers. Prior to this, Vaillant held posts
with Motorola as VP & Director of Global Sales & Marketing
for the Solutions Division, and with VeriFone as VP & General
Manager for the Latin America & Carribean region and latterly
as Director of Operations at the California headquarters.
Trilingual (French, English, Spanish) Vaillant started his
distinguished career in France back in 1984 with NCR having
achieved an MBA from the 'Institut Superieur de Commerce'
in Paris.
Cyrille Even, GM and VP Asia Pacific
Cyrille Even joined Mobileway from Alcatel, where as marketing
director he was responsible for promoting value-added services
and forging partnerships with telecommunications operators.
Even's extensive professional experience has served Systems
Interface Inc., in Canada, and Grundig in Malaysia.
Even graduated from the INSEAD Program in Singapore, and
holds an MBA from Ottawa University in Canada, as well as
a master of sciences from University of Grenoble, France.
Founders
Eric Barbier, Co-founder
Eric Barbier joined Mobileway from DeLaRue Card Systems
where, as GSM Product Manager, he played an instrumental
role in building award-winning services for the GSM system,
bringing the company to a stature of the third largest in
its market. Eric has also held research and development
positions with Philips Business Communications and Matra
Cap Systems. Eric holds a Master's Degree in Formation
Technology from ESIEE in Paris.
Christophe Dolique, Co-founder
Christophe Dolique, MA information technology, started his
career working with IBM as an IT network engineer, then
he moved to the banking division as account manager in charge
of the ATM and Electronic Funds Transfer business. 
In 1996 he joined DeLaRue Cards & Systems (now Oberthur)
to launch the GSM business in the Asia Pacific area.
In 1998 he is appointed to a senior management position
as Marketing Director to lead the DeLaRue GSM activity and
achieve to position DeLaRue as the most innovative player
in the GSM area. Prior to DeLaRue Cards & Systems,
Christophe was one of the creators of Rapsodia, a joint
venture between his former employer, DeLaRue, and Prosodie,
a telecom services company.
Bruno Coindre, Co-founder
Bruno Coindre joined Mobileway from Alcatel, where he defined
and developed strategies for partnerships and products dedicated
to mobile commerce, value-added services, and 2.5G developments.
Prior to Alcatel, Bruno was Project Manager for GSM smart
cards and end-to-end systems integration for large operators
in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia with DeLaRue Cards
Systems. Coindre holds a Master's Degree in Industrial
Process Control from Ecole Centrale d'Electronique in Paris.
William Teulery, Co-founder
William Teulery joined Mobileway from DeLaRue Card Systems,
where he was responsible for legal affairs, mergers and
acquisitions, international agreements, intellectual property,
and commercial distribution.
