Network Operators
 |
Mobileway partners
with wireless operators in order to deliver their subscribers
permission-based value-added data services using Short Message
Services (SMS) and General Packet Radio Services (GPRS) gateways
and infrastructure. To ensure the highest quality of
service, Mobileway has established and acquired data links
to the SMS Centers and OTA Provisioning Servers of all major
wireless network operators. Mobileway operates strictly
according to rules agreed to by each wireless operator.
The agreements with operators allow Mobileway to remain neutral
regarding existing inter working agreements. This also
guarantees that messaging alerts are fully operational and
that we can provide push/pull applications and reverse-charged
traffic with any encoded scheme, which cannot be achieved
through the existing inter-working arrangements.
To date, Mobileway has established agreements with over 80
major network operators.
Services come from reputable Enterprises, Content Providers,
and Financial Institutions; they can be either one-way (push)
type distribution or two-way (push/pull) interactive services.
Mobileway also enables operators to offer to their subscribers
the ability to send messages across borders when interconnection
agreements are not in place. Mobileway participates
in the inter-operator connection working groups of the GSM
association.
Mobileway is neither a portal nor a WASP and does not, therefore,
sell or license any technology Connecting to the Mobileway
Global Network will not require any change to operators' infrastructure.
Mobileway remains completely transparent to wireless operators'
subscribers.
