and that was able to deliver an e-mail interface that is
compatible with our current means of sending e-mails to

Customers of e-mart place
their orders through the online store which stocks with
more than 2000 items, ranging from fresh food through to
household essentials, wines and stationery. After the order
is processed, e-mart sends an e-mail confirming delivery
within the customer's selected 1.5 hour time slot. About
25 percent of customers has now opted to receive this order
confirmation and delivery advisory by SMS.

for e-mart are families and executives who are Internet-savvy

proactive order confirmation to its services," said
