  • Low cost: Our customers benefit from our aggregated purchasing power and the economies of scale our global network provides, receiving lower-cost access than would be possible for any single entity.

  • Quality of service: We run, monitor, and test the network 24 hours a day with dedicated round-the-clock technical support.  When we manage devices over-the-air, our network of direct connections to wireless operators allows us to acknowledge delivery of configuration messages to the phones, thus ensuring predictable and accurate deployments.

  • Reliability and neutrality: We are independent from wireless operators, yet we negotiate with them the proper level of service to allow the reliable delivery of configuration data to phones.  As we are not affiliated with any particular phone vendor or software platform vendor, we can manage devices in a neutral and un-biased way.  We log every event into a database, which can be used to handle dispute resolutions, if required.
