The Mobileway Campaign Navigator is essentially made up of three
main components:
· Attention Management - enables the profiling of the mobile
users based on stated preferences, opt-in and opt-out, individual
permissions and observed behaviour. This solution can be linked to
one or more existing customer databases and easily adapts to any
existing marketing processes, data models and segmentation models.
The Attention Management module protects customers from unwanted
marketing messages (SPAM) and ensures that subscribers only receive
messages they have opted for, at optimal time and frequency
· Campaign Management - builds up campaigns based around user
profiles including specific rule engines for the personalization and
customisation of direct marketing, sales promotions and other mass
messaging campaigns. This solution suits both inbound (Mobile
Originated) and outbound (Mobile Terminated) campaigns as well as
longer sessions involving two-way communication. The user interface
is conducive to the self-provisioning of campaigns granting you the
flexibility to manage your own campaigns.
· Datamining - provides real-time feedback on campaign
performance; gives comprehensive record of individual campaigns;
monitors real-time customer activity; and creates statistical
reports/charts. These tools can be used to measure the impact of
campaigns or mapping the peaks in customer activity.
The Mobileway Campaign Navigator has been designed to integrate
with the following types of external services and platforms:
· CRM tools & Customer Databases - these can be connected to
the Campaign Navigator platform via a simple import/export of CSV
files or synchronized automatically using either ODBC or JDBC
protocols
· Customer Profiles collected via the Web - import and export is
possible via a Java API perfect for recruiting new users via a web
site
· Multi-channel Access - the platform can be interconnected with
other media such as IVR, web or email enabling end-users to
participate in marketing campaigns via their preferred channel and
increasing the pool of participants
· External content sources - content can be retrieved from external
sources such as from an Internet URL or sent to an external system
in order to trigger a specific action. This is ideal in the case of
newsletter where subscribers can be directed to a specific URL to
retrieve the latest edition
