The Mobileway Fun Suite currently comprises 6 applications that can be used to run promotions, quizzes and competitions all designed to increase brand loyalty through fun and expand 'opt-in' direct mail databases critical for the sending of information in future direct SMS marketing campaigns.


FUN SUITE APPLICATIONS

· M-Vote - create instant votes and polls in 5 minutes using this simple web-based tool, ideal to promote real-time interaction with viewers of a tv show, listeners to a radio show or magazine readers. This easy-to-use application captures votes from any combination of channels including SMS, IVR and the Web and presents the results in real-time. Using the HTML scripts provided instructions can be instantly posted on a web site and an additional publishing tool allows the results to be displayed instantly in the form of a pie or bar chart.

· M-Quiz -
a great tool to set up SMS quizzes for the TV, radio or in the printed media, inviting trivia-lovers to test their knowledge. Any number of questions can be set with multiple choices or one single answer. On responding contestants will receive a reply telling them whether they are correct or incorrect and supplying the next question in the quiz. Quiz masters can choose to award points based on correct answers and have a player ranking system or whether to eliminate contestants that answer incorrectly immediately and prevent them continuing to the next question.

· M-Moderator -
an ideal way to manage the flow of messages sent in to a radio DJ or television presenter, entries sent in to a competition or even for fans to chat with their favourite celebrity online. Using a simple web interface, all messages received are published on screen with the date and time of arrival and any text included with the message displayed alongside. A series of filters can be applied to ensure that only messages containing certain pre-determined keywords are displayed, or even to prevent the display of messages containing inappropriate content or language.

· M-Instant Win -
a straightforward yet effective application for radio and TV shows to run instant competitions. Fans of the show send in a single SMS for entry to the competition and receive an immediate response informing them of whether they have won or lost. This application has two modules: Winning Moments and Call Counter. The first of these allows the competition hosts to set pre-determined or random Winning Moments, periods of time during which any messages received are instant winners. Several winning moments can be allocated during a campaign as an enhanced incentive to the players to keep trying. The Call Counter feature can be programmed to allocate prizes to a specific number of respondents, for example, every 10th message received is a winner, or the 100th person to text in is a winner.

· M-Choice - Multiple Choice lifestyle questionnaires such as 'How Romantic Are You?' or 'Which female Pop Star could you date?' have been successfully used for many years in the printed media, and this application is a brilliant adaptation for the mobile phone. Consumers are sent questions with multiple-choice answers via SMS and score a number of points depending on their individual answers; at the end the total number of points is sent to the respondent along with an appropriately matched profile and response.
